The 2018 CCGOP Reagan Day Dinner will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018.  The special guest speaker will be Kelvin J. Cochran, author, public speaker, former Administrator of the United States Fire Administration, and former Fire Chief of Atlanta Fire Department.

Happy hour will begin at 5 pm, the program will begin at 6.

Cleveland County GOP Convention will be Sat. March 17, 2018, at 9AM at the NC Cooperative Extension Center located at 130 S. Post Road, Shelby.

February 12 2018 we will be having our monthly GOP meeting at the Chamber of Commerce located at 200 S. Lafayette St, Shelby. The Executive Committee will meet at 6 pm and the regular meeting will be at 7 pm. Dianna Bingle, our area Field Director with Americans for Prosperity, will be presenting at the 7 pm Meeting.

The Ladies of WeROCC are holding a planning meeting Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 9:30 to 12:00 at McCoy’s Barn

The CCGOP and the Executive Committee will not meet the months of June and July. The next meeting will be August 14.

The regularly scheduled meeting for Monday, April 10, 2017, has been canceled. Our next meeting will be Monday, May 8, 2017, at 7 pm with the Executive Committee meeting at 6 pm.

“This measure strengthens privacy protections statewide by providing a complete preemption of local governments regulating bathrooms, changing rooms and showers so that women and children are protected across the state,” said Speaker Tim Moore.
